Remarks on the Passing of Director Tina Langtry


It is with profound sadness and lasting gratitude that the Geospace family shares news of the passing of longtime board director, Tina M. Langtry. The entire Geospace family extends its heartfelt condolences to Tina’s dear family and friends.

Serving alongside fellow board members for more than a decade, Tina’s advice and counsel has been instrumental in the company’s successful strategy and navigation through industry challenges and emergent victories.

A fierce champion of Geospace, Tina was known in the boardroom for her well-considered viewpoints and shareholder-aligned perspectives. During her tenure as Nominating and Governance Committee Chair, Tina led the introduction of the company’s ESG program, presided over Board seat nominations, and carefully maintained the company’s corporate governance oversight.

Tina’s work ethic, attention to detail, and sharp instincts elevated all who collaborated with her. Well beyond her professional contributions, Tina brought warmth, generosity of spirit, and clever wit into the lives she forever gratefully touched.
